The LDL PCD Plates are best for use on very rough, uneven surfaces and on floors that may have hidden bolts and lippage throughout the floor. These get bolted onto the grinding head for greater durability. Fit CPS820 grinders, HTC 800 and HTC 950 grinders, PDG 8000 and PDG 9500 grinders.

BEST FOR REMOVAL OF LIGHT TO MEDIUM THICKNESS HARD MASTICS, THIN SETS AND FLOOR COATINGS. LDL CRUSHERS LEAVE A MILDLY ROUGH PROFILE SUFFICIENT TO FOLLOW UP WITH A 16 OR A 25-GRIT METAL BOND DIAMOND IF YOU ARE GOING TO POLISH AFTER THE REMOVAL WORK IS COMPLETE.
Recommended for achieving a CSP3 or 4 profile. Great for breaking up a thick coating or leveler prior to running PCD’s, the rough texture gives the PCD’s something to grab onto and shred. LDL Punishers are also great for the first step on a floor where heavy aggregate exposure is desired. LDL Punishers are an excellent way to fix a variety of slab delamination problems, breaking up the delaminating layer to expose the more solid concrete below. Recommended for removal of thick, tackey mastic and rubber membranes. Mastic Shavers work best when baking flower, floor patch or fresh concrete dust is spread over the floor first. When you run over the glue it will mix with the dust and dry the glue out as you go. It is not recommended that you use dust from your vac bags, because that dust has already been mixed with water prior when the slab was poured and will not absorb moisture that well.
