5″ Hand-Held Crack Chaser | 13.5 AMP Variable Speed
The 5″ Premium Crack Chaser is a handheld crack chasing saw designed to rout out random cracks before filling. This saw is also used for cutting repair patches in concrete surfaces where a dust-free environment is needed. This Premium model is powered by Metabo WE15-125 QUICK HT 5″ 13.5 AMP (2,800-9,600 RPM) grinder. This saw can use 4″, 4.5, 5″ blades up top .375 in width both square segment and V segment blades.

Mark 4 | Joint Clean-out Saw
The Mark 4 is a high performance, high precision saw designed to clean out control joints, remove the old joint filler, and make straight, accurate cuts in concrete up to 2″ deep. A specially designed blade guard allows the operator to see the blade yet still covers 98% of it for excellent dust control and a high degree of accuracy. Thew handle and frame are designed for more stability and adjustable height that rotates to get closer to walls or racks.

The MC-60 is a portable electric milling machine specifically designed for removing spalled concrete joints and other surface repair applications. Powered by a 15-amp Metabo W26-230 grinder, it delivers efficient material removal – cutting up to 1″ wide with 5 blades or 1.5″ wide with 8 blades to a depth of 1″ at speeds up to 2 feet per minute – all while allowing the operator to work comfortably from a standing position.
The MC-60 is primarily used for cutting out the falling concrete on both sides of a floor joint, allowing for repair materials such as Armor Hard or MM80 to be properly applied to fill and re-build the joints. A common method is running the saw up one side of the joint and back down the opposite side to get a 2″ wide cut, removing most if not all of the falling concrete, providing vertical walls for the repair product to adhere to, as opposed to jagged, rough edges.

ITEM: JS.160.P.SAW
The JS-160P is a Certified Propane Powered Joint Clean-out Saw/Mill designed to clean out existing control joints for new joint fill applications or to remove failing or deteriorated joint fill material. Built for large joint clean-out projects where a certified propane power source is preferred over gas or electric, this machine efficiently removes polyurea, epoxy, and polyurethane materials.
The JS-160P cuts 3″ deep and can be used with a variety of blade thicknesses.
Power comes from a 479cc Briggs & Stratton Vanguard V-Twin certified propane engine with electric start and a twin-cylinder design that reduces vibration for smoother operation.
ITEM: MC.800P.HOG
The MC-800P “Joint Hog” is a powerful milling machine and saw engineered to remove up to 4” wide and 1-3/4” deep of concrete—ideal for repairing spalled joints. It can also be used for grooving, cutting inlays, and preparing floors for permanent line striping. The machine uses closely spaced diamond blades to remove deteriorated concrete, leaving a textured, clean surface that requires no additional chipping or cutting before repair or filling.
Blade configurations allow versatility: 8 blades for a 2” width and 16 blades for the full 4” width, with other spacing options available for custom applications.
During operation, the blades cut in an up-cut direction, ejecting concrete millings upward into a specialized vacuum plenum blade guard that captures debris and dust efficiently.

The most innovative concrete edge grinder on the market, the TC-7 Stand-Up Edger, is designed to give the operator the feel of a handheld grinder while maintaining a comfortable upright position. A rear control lever allows the operator to adjust the grinder pitch, while the front handle allows side-to-side movement for complete control and the ability to feel the contours of the surface being ground. U.S.SAWS designed the TC-7 Edger for grinding and polishing concrete surfaces near walls and other vertical surfaces. It can also be used in open spaces where it is impractical to mobilize a large planetary. On larger projects with long straight edges, nothing on the market is more efficient than this machine. This floor grinder utilizes 7″ diamond cup wheels or polishing pads to prep or polish. The most innovative concrete floor grinder on the market, the TC-7 Stand-Up Edger, became designed to give the operator the handheld feel of the concrete grinder in his hands while maintaining a comfortable upright position. Control levers allow the operator to adjust the stand-up grinder pitch for complete control.
The TC-7 Stand Up Edger Polishing Package comes equipped with a Metabo 24-230, dust shroud, variable speed control, and polishing tooling kit. The polishing tool kit includes: variable speed control box, #120 Bi-Turbo, Steel Backing Pad, #50-#3000 Honeycomb resin pads and E&F Nuts.
